Jurgen Klopp finally earned his first win as manager of Liverpool, as the Reds earned a narrow 1-0 victory over Eddie Howe's Bournemouth. But Liverpool without Christian Benteke, as well as Daniel Sturridge, held on, and Klopp avoided the unwanted tag of becoming the first Reds boss not to win in his opening four games.
The Cherries, without a win since their third-round victory at Preston last month, started brightly, and were nearly ahead after five minutes but for Bogdan, who did superbly to block Stanislas' effort from 15 yards after being put through on goal by Harry Arter.
