Was he high or not? Wisa removes his Penn*s perfoming -- (Video)

I guess when EL said *December to Remember* was going to be a memorable one he knew what he was saying lolx.
Ekiki Me hitmaker Wisa did something whilst performing, to me what he did was really uncalled for and has disgraced his brand as a whole.As a new and rising artist he is supposed to know better than what he did.
Wisa removed his penn*s on stage whiles performing.
This act has got a lot of Ghanaians insulting him on social media.
Jessica Saforo of 'Citi fm who were part of the organisers of the program  tweeted-- “Pls accept our sincere apology about the unfortunate incident with Wisa Greid. Citi FM does not condone indecent exposure  #D2R2015″.

Wisa was sacked of stage by the the organisers.
