Gunners fan Tony McCoy: I hope Arsenal go out

McCoy says he wouldn't mind the club bowing out at the group stages if it effects some much-needed changes to the side.
"We can keep making excuses but in the end results are not stacking up so they are not playing well enough and they need to be better and they need to make changes.
"Bayern Munich were 4-0 up after no time against Dynamo Kiev so it's going to be very hard for them to qualify from the group.
"In some ways I am kind of hoping that they don't so they realise that they need to make changes and that they do need to be better."
McCoy, though, remains a supporter of manager Arsene Wenger, but feels he needs to bolster his midfield with some fresh investment and cites Paul Pogba of Juventus as the ideal signing.
"I am a fan of the manager, Arsene Wenger is a fantastic manager," he said. "To be fair Theo [Walcott] and [Alexis] Sanchez have started scoring in the last few games so I think it's more of having a holding defensive midfielder who has a bit of a presence and is a leader.
"I think he should buy someone like [Paul] Pogba who has a real presence and that could make us into a proper team."
