Mayweather announced his retirement after his last bout with Andre Bertho. Mayweather won by a unanimous decision moving 49-0 to equal Rocky Marcianos record.
All three judges scored him 117-111,118-110,120-108.
Mayweather called it quits
immediately afterwards. There are a lot of theories that he could return for
one final bout, to surpass Marciano’s record, but he argued he’s done all there
is to do.
“You’ve got to know when to hang it
up. I’m close to 40 now,” he said.

He
won a unanimous victory, the three judges scoring it 117-111, 118-110,
