The 20-year-old striker says he would love to play for France at international level but does not rule out seizing the opportunity to represent the Black Stars
Reims striker Grejohn Kyei has said he is more open to representing France at senior level as against Ghana.
Born to Ghanaian parents in the European nation, the 20-year-old, who was promoted to Reims senior set-up last season where he made three league appearances, is yet to be capped by Ghana or France at any level, thus, throwing his international future wide open.
“I do not know much about Ghana,” he told Footu21.
“I only went there when I was a child, long ago. So, I have a preference for France where I was born.”
However, the forward refuses to completely shut the door on the country of his parents, adding that he could consider the opportunity when approached.
“I have never had any contact with the French Federation or that of Ghana,” he added.
“If someone calls me, I would think.
